About the OKP The Orange Knowledge Programme promotes capacity building within organisations in 52 countries by providing training and education through fellowships for professionals. The overall aim of the OKP is to help increase both the number and the competencies of skilled staff at a wide range of governmental and non-governmental organisations. You have to be nominated by your employer to be eligible for the fellowship. There also has to be a clear need for training within the context of your organisation. After completing your training you return to your original workplace, and this ensures the training is embedded within your organisation. Who is the OKP for? CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: AFRICAN CAREER ACCELERATOR AWARDS The Office of Research, Innovation and Development (ORID) is pleased to inform the university community that the Crick African Network has announced a Call for Applications for the African Career Accelerator Awards. The programme is supported by the UK Government’s Global Challenges Research Fund . The awards will provide fellowship support for African Post-Doctoral researchers whose interests are to transition to becoming independent researchers and aiming to launch their own research group.
